Where: 361 State Highway 95 (Elgin Parks and Recreation Center), TX
Hours: No Elgin dates are posted while the mobile clinic is paused. At stops, spay/neuter drop-off is 7:30am and Healthy Pet Services run late morning to mid-afternoon, first come, first served.
