A free monthly Emancipet pop-up clinic in the Colony Park area with free spay/neuter, microchips and rabies shots for Austin and Travis County pets.
How to reach them
Where: 7201 Colony Loop Dr, Austin, TX
Hours: Next listed date: Friday, November 13, 2026. Spay/neuter sign-up starts around 6am in the parking lot and the surgery bus arrives 8:00 to 8:30am. Healthy Pet Services run 9am to 3pm and may close early on very hot days.

- Services: free spay/neuter, free rabies vaccine, free microchip, dogs, cats
- Who can use it: City of Austin or Travis County residents only. Rescues and shelters are not eligible. Limit of three pets per person for spay/neuter at the technician's discretion. Feral cats are not seen at Free Days.
- How to get started: Healthy Pet Services need no appointment; arrive early. For spay/neuter, staff take names in the parking lot around 6am, and surgery is not guaranteed; an online booking link is also on the Emancipet page. Bring medical records, a leash or carrier, and water.
