Animal Welfare Division of the Sapulpa Police Department: picks up stray animals, investigates cruelty, reunites lost pets with owners and finds new homes for unwanted pets. Animal Control Officers enforce the city animal code, including rabies vaccination and spay/neuter requirements. Unclaimed animals may become available for adoption or rescue after three business days; owner-surrendered animals are available right away.
