Municipal animal shelter for the City of Owasso. Three Animal Control Officers enforce animal ordinances and house and care for stray and unwanted animals. Unwanted dogs and cats from Owasso residents are accepted by appointment at the officer's discretion. Found pets must be reported to the shelter within 24 hours, though finders may keep the animal while looking for the owner. The shelter does not handle wildlife.
