Open-admission animal shelter in Bellingham providing adoptions, lost and found pets, owned-animal surrender, pet licensing, low-cost microchips and animal control for Bellingham, Blaine, Ferndale, Sumas, Everson and unincorporated Whatcom County. A 24-hour microchip scanning station is outside the shelter.
