Donation-funded Longview Animal Care and Adoption Center voucher that pays part of the cost of spaying or neutering owned pets at participating Gregg County veterinarians. Up to 2 vouchers per household every 6 months; vouchers expire 3 months after issue and are not transferable.

Good to know
- Who can use it: Households under the program's annual income limit, with income verification (W-2s or 1099s, recent pay stubs, last year's tax return or two months of bank statements). Owned animals only, not rescues or fosters.
- How to get started: Apply in person in the shelter's adoption lobby; there is no online or phone application.
