City trap-neuter-return program for free-roaming community cats: cats are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, ear-tipped and returned to their original location. Community cats are dropped off by appointment in a secure trap or carrier, with a separate appointment for each cat and a limit of five cats per person per day. Cats are not accepted on Fridays and Saturdays. Healthy kittens under 8 weeks should be left alone if the mother is present. A working cat program places sterilized, vaccinated, microchipped cats in barns and warehouses at no cost.
