Help My Pet is a free, independent guide that helps pet parents find care they can afford and ways to pay for it. Listings are free and can’t be bought. Families find this page in our Oregon guide and through our Near You search.
Is everything right? Check the phone number, address, hours and who can use it, below.
Want your page to say more? Tell us anything that would help families who find you: services we didn’t list, languages you speak, what to bring or know before calling, how busy you are, how you’d describe yourselves. We’ll add it to your page. You can also just reply to our email.

Sliding-scale help for income-qualified families to spay or neuter their pets at the FOTAS Community Spay & Neuter Clinic when cost would otherwise prevent it. Clients contribute what they reasonably can, with a minimum contribution. Funding is limited and all applicants are screened.
Good to know
- Who can use it: Income-qualified families facing financial hardship. Priority goes to mixed-breed, adopted, rescued and rehomed pets; pets bought from breeders are generally not eligible unless exceptional hardship is documented.
- How to get started: Email the FOTAS clinic scheduling team to request an application (address on the Family Pet Assistance Fund page). You will get a questionnaire; approval comes before surgery is scheduled.
