Donation-based spay/neuter clinic for feral and outdoor stray cats. Each cat also gets FVRCP and rabies vaccines, flea and ear mite treatment as needed, treatment for minor conditions, and a right ear tip. FCCO lends humane traps for scheduled cats; it does not trap, remove or rehome cats and does not offer full veterinary services.
