- Who can use it: Vaccines and microchips: all pet owners. Spay/neuter: NYS residents receiving nutritional assistance, SSI, disability, housing, family, safety net or medical assistance. Dogs over 90 pounds cannot be spayed/neutered.
- How to get started: Schedule online through the vaccination/microchip or pre-surgical exam schedule on the page. Pre-payment is required at booking. Bring proof of NYS residency and income qualification and prior vet records to the pre-surgical exam.
