- Who can use it: Pet owners living in Roswell. Pets must be at least 8 weeks old and 3 lbs, have proof of rabies and DHPP or FVRCP vaccinations from a vet, and be microchipped with the chip registered with an official ISO registrar.
- How to get started: Download the application from the city website and turn it in at Roswell Animal Services or by email. For information call 575-624-6722.
