Low-cost spay/neuter surgery for cats, dogs and rabbits at the Jersey Shore Animal Center. Fees include the surgery, a pre-surgical exam, pain medication, a green tattoo and an e-collar. The clinic offers limited services and does not provide full veterinary care.
