One-time grant toward veterinary care for owned indoor pets of Brunswick County residents facing financial hardship when a pet has an emergency, serious illness or injury. Does not cover routine care, chronic conditions, end-of-life services, heartworm treatment or spay/neuter, and is not for community cats or fosters.
