Free foster care at Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter for pets of domestic violence victims who are seeking shelter and services through YWCA Billings. Pets can be fostered for up to 90 days, the foster coordinator checks in with the owner at least every two weeks, and visits at YVAS can be arranged.
