Need help paying for your pet’s care? Ways to pay a vet bill in Louisiana · Get a free funding plan
City animal shelter and animal control run by Bossier City Public Works. Offers adoptions, stray holding for reunification, cruelty and complaint investigations, rescue and transport of injured animals, bite quarantine, and a working cats placement program. Because the shelter is over capacity, intake is generally limited to sick, injured and bite animals, with no owner surrenders; staff offer help with food and other needs so owners can keep their pets, and a free online rehoming listing.
