Need help paying for your pet’s care? Ways to pay a vet bill in Illinois · Get a free funding plan
County fund that helps offset spay/neuter costs. Animals adopted from McLean County Animal Services get a voucher, based on weight, accepted by participating McLean County veterinarians. When funds are available, income-eligible residents may apply for help spaying or neutering their own dogs and cats.
