For owned pets with an accidental litter: the owner fosters the puppies or kittens at home until they are old enough for surgery, then brings the whole family to SPCA Florida. The mother and father (if available) get free spay or neuter surgery and rabies vaccines if needed and go back home; the litter stays at SPCA Florida for adoption. A surrender fee applies for the litter.
