Offers adoptions (pets are spayed/neutered, microchipped and rabies vaccinated), pet licensing, microchipping, live-trap rental, and pick-up of stray and nuisance dogs in the city and Garland County. Holds two low-cost rabies drives each year, in spring and fall.
