Spay/neuter program of Animal Resources of Tidewater that helps the public find quality, low-cost spay/neuter services and offers financial assistance for spaying or neutering dogs and indoor/pet cats. Its TNR financial assistance form is temporarily unavailable while funding is reviewed.

- How to get started: Fill out the SpayHR Financial Assistance form online. The site also lists local low-cost spay/neuter clinics.
