Free spay or neuter surgery for feral cats trapped in the City of Norman. Cats are also vaccinated and ear-tipped.

- Who can use it: Cats must be trapped in the City of Norman and brought in by a Norman resident. Each cat must be in a live trap.
- How to get started: Bring the trapped cat in a live trap during the drop-off window and return it within 24 hours to the place it was trapped. Call (405) 292-9736 with questions.
