TNR program for northern Nevada communities: approved volunteers and colony caretakers rent traps, and SPCA of Northern Nevada pays for approved vaccination, spay/neuter and ear-tipping performed by partner Options Veterinary Care. Trappers get supplies, instructions and guidance.
