- Who can use it: Saint Louis County residents. The surgery must be scheduled and done within 30 days of picking up the voucher, at a vet that accepts the voucher.
- How to get started: Pick up a voucher at the shelter with ID showing county residency, a current rabies certificate and proof of your pet's surgery appointment.
