- Who can use it: St. Charles County residents with photo ID and proof of residency, proof of need, current rabies vaccination for each pet, and proof the pet is spayed or neutered (or arrangements made at registration).
- How to get started: Register in advance by calling 636-949-7387. Bring a container that holds at least 3 pounds of food.
