Free loan of a humane cat trap to Jefferson Parish residents for trap-neuter-return of community cats only. A refundable security deposit is held on a credit card; traps are due back after 14 days.

- Who can use it: Jefferson Parish residents with a spay/neuter appointment already scheduled at a participating clinic. Driver's license and credit card required. Trapped cats cannot be taken to a shelter or relocated.
- How to get started: Borrow a trap at Jefferson Feed Pet & Garden Center (Jefferson SPCA is inside) and sign the Trap Loan Agreement.
