Low-cost spay and neuter clinic of the Paris Animal Welfare Society. Packages include the surgery, rabies and distemper vaccines, injectable pain medication and a microchip unless current vaccine proof is provided or the animal is already chipped; an ear-tip price is available for outdoor cats that are ear-tipped. Pricing is based on county residence because of grant funding, with reduced rates for Bourbon and Nicholas County residents.
