City animal shelter and animal control. Finds owners of picked-up animals, adopts out unclaimed pets after a three-day hold, accepts owner surrenders of dogs and cats, and licenses pets. Adopted pets are spayed or neutered and rabies vaccinated on site by the city veterinarian.
