Good to know
- Who can use it: Marion County residents with ID. All pets must be spayed/neutered (with proof) or in the process; VOCAL's clinic can help, and applications are not denied for inability to pay for surgery. No income proof is required.
- How to get started: Come during pickup hours with ID, proof of Marion County residency and information about your pets.
