Low-cost spay and neuter surgery for cats and dogs at Haven Humane Society's clinic. All households qualify. Appointments come from a waitlist, currently 12-18 months long. A rabies vaccine can be given at the time of surgery. Feral cats are served through the separate TNR program; French Bulldogs and rabbits are not scheduled at this time.

- Who can use it: All households qualify. Puppies and kittens must be at least 2 months old and weaned.
- How to get started: Join the spay/neuter waitlist with the online form on the clinic page; staff contact you when an appointment opens. Appointments cannot be made by phone, email, voicemail or in person.
